This week, we'll being doing a classic Feldenkrais arm lesson. It's great for stiff shoulders, computer-or-phone-use tension in forearms and hands, and that hunchy feeling you get in your upper back and chest.
Ongoing weekly Awareness Through Movement class. Beginners welcome. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing. Mats are provided. $10-$20 sliding scale.
