Happy New Year! This week's lesson in class will be a new clock variation that we haven't done before. It takes the pelvic clock, which we're already familiar with, and uses it as a tool to clarify a head clock. It's great for all kinds of back and neck soreness, jaw tightness, and spine mobility.
